Thank you for choosing High & Mighty SRQ for your balloon décor and bouquets. Each arrangement is handmade with care to bring joy and beauty to your celebration. Please take note of the following policies:

🎨 Handmade Products

  • All balloon bouquets and arrangements are handmade. As with any handcrafted product, slight variations in color mix, ribbon style, or arrangement may occur.

  • Photos provided are examples; final products may vary depending on availability of balloon colors and designs.

🎈 Balloon Longevity & Care

  • We use professional-grade balloons and helium, but the float time of balloons cannot be guaranteed. Longevity depends on factors such as:

    • Temperature and weather conditions

    • Direct sunlight or heat exposure

    • Humidity and air circulation

    • Handling and transport

  • Confetti and specialty balloons may have shorter float times.

  • Balloons are sensitive to the environment; exposure to sharp objects, pets, rough handling, or outdoor elements may cause early deflation or bursting.

⚠️ Liability

  • High & Mighty SRQ is not liable for:

    • Balloons that deflate or burst after pickup/delivery.

    • Damage caused by improper handling or environmental conditions.

    • Any allergic reactions or safety issues related to latex balloons.

  • Once balloons leave our care, responsibility passes to the customer.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery

  • Balloons are provided helium-filled and ready to enjoy.

  • Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle and conditions for transport. Heat, cold, or rough surfaces in a car can affect performance.

  • For outdoor events, please note that balloons are not weatherproof and may deflate or burst in heat, rain, or wind.

💡 Safety Notes

  • Balloons should always be kept away from children under 8 without adult supervision.

  • Deflated or broken balloons may pose a choking hazard—please discard responsibly.

  • Do not inhale helium; it can be dangerous to your health.
